To educate your team as Leaders or to be Leader in the team? Depending from the situation and the phase of development of the business/organization there might be many answers to this question. From the point of view of personal and business/organizational development in longer term there is still only one right answer, and this is: to educate your team as a Leaders.
Leaders should ask from themselves do they want to lead a good team where everyone is doing what they have told to or do they want to lead a team where everyone is creative, energized, proactive and would come up and suggest new ideas and solutions. Leaders role in this situation is to develop environment where these new ideas and solutions can grow and develop, so to speak, create fertile soil for new ideas and solutions. The rest will be taken care by the team of Leaders.
