How to lead gifted/motivated people?
More or less answer would be, that we really cannot lead them. What we can do, is to create conditions for them that they feel their talents used the best possible way, in the environment where they can execute their vision, the tasks are challenging enough and their growth is supported.
Of course, the interests of business/organization and the team member should be aligned. What should be avoided at any cost, is to try to lead them by threat or repression. People with talents have enough possibilities to move on…
